Coordinate with caterers to meet the brunch/lunch requirements of the wedding party and ensure everyone is fed throughout the day.
Create a hair and makeup appointment run sheet and ensure timely execution of hair and makeup appointments. No late brides here!
Distribute flowers to the wedding party and family, including bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower petals.
Create a photolist and coordinate photos alongside the photographer and assist in coordinating the photography sessions.
Prepare and style accessories for the photographer to capture.
Coordinate any last-minute errands
Manage transportation needs throughout the day and communicate with the drivers.
Accompany the bridal party to the location photoshoot after the ceremony, providing assistance such as holding jackets, water bottles, and bags.
Offer snacks and drinks as needed during the photo shoot.
Assist with any music-related requirements.
Attend to the needs of the bridal party as necessary.
